As facilitators at Andy's Man Club in Thirsk, Dave and Steve have seen first hand the power of simply talking.

Week after week, men walk through the doors carrying silent struggles and leave feeling a little lighter, because someone listened.

Before becoming facilitators, both Dave and Steve walked into Andy's Man Club as men struggling with their own battles. They know what it feels like to sit in silence, to carry the weight alone. The club gave them a place to open up, to heal, and to grow — and now they're giving that back by supporting others on the same path.

To raise awareness for men's mental health and the life-saving work of Andy's Man Club, Dave and Steve will walk a 1km loop for 24 continuous hours. No shortcuts. No sleep. Just two blokes, one track, and a mission to spread hope.

They're walking for the ones who are still suffering in silence. For the dads, brothers, sons, and friends who feel like no one understands.

Every step they take and every pound you donate helps keep the conversation going. Helps keep men alive.
